Got a tricky situation.

- My current hdb in bukit batok mop is in 2021 3rd quarter.
- My son enters p1 beginning 2021.
- There is a rule that states once the kid enters p1 within 1km, have to continue staying in the address for 3 yrs.
- I intend to move near my parents in jurong upon mop.

What are my options? Any way to do it?

Hi,

It depends on which phase did your son enrol into the Primary School. If it is Phase 2B, then you will have to abide to the timeframe.
